Paper Submission Guidelines

Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers (.doc) will be accepted by Email. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.
1. Word limit:
Articles submitted should be about 07 pages maximum.. This includes footnotes and endnotes, all figures, tables, and references.
Font : Times New Roman, 11 point ( Paper A4 size)
2. Review Process
All manuscripts are subjected to peer review and are expected to meet standards of academic excellence. Submissions will be reviewed by peer-reviewers, whose identities will remain anonymous to the authors.
Based on the referees’ comments, the symposium organising committee will take one of the following decisions:
- Accept the paper
- Reconsider the paper after addressed the recommended modifications
- Reject the paper
3. Article structure
The manuscript should contain an abstract. The abstract should be self-contained and citation-free and should not exceed 200 words.
State the objectives of the work and provide an adequate background, avoiding a detailed literature survey or a summary of the results.
Material and methods
Provide sufficient detail to allow the work to be reproduced. Methods already published should be indicated by a reference: only relevant modifications should be described.
Results should be clear and concise.
This should explore the significance of the results of the work, not repeat them. A combined Results and Discussion section is often appropriate. Avoid extensive citations and discussion of published literature.
The main conclusions of the study must be presented in a short Conclusions section, which may stand alone or form a subsection of a Discussion or Results and Discussion section.
All acknowledgments (if any) should be included at the very end of the paper before the references and may include supporting grants, presentations, and so forth.
Preparation of Tables
Tables should be cited consecutively in the text. Every table must have a descriptive title and if numerical measurements are given, the units should be included in the column heading. Vertical rules should not be used.
4. SUBMISSION FORMAT
A single printed SINGLE-SPACED copy with any and all inclusions is sufficient. Electronic copies must be in MS Word or compatible format; tables, charts or images may be inserted in the text document or be included as separate files.
FINAL MANUSCRIPT FORMAT
– Electronic format only, including any and all revisions required by the editors
– Tables or charts must be in MS Excel compatible format
– Electronic images must be 300 dpi resolution if they are to be included at full size
– TABLES OR IMAGES INSERTED INTO MS WORD MANUSCRIPTS must be submitted as separate digital files as per mentioned guidelines
– BIBLIOGRAPHIC REFERENCES must appear at the END of the manuscript, NOT as footnotes on each page; MANUAL rather than automatic ENDNOTES are preferred
Authors should supply a brief biographical note (no more than one hundred words), as well as full contact details on a separate sheet.
Harvard-style referencing is to be used throughout the article. That is, author(s) name(s) and year of publication, followed by the source.

5. Submission process:
A separate cover sheet indicating authorship, academic or professional affiliation, and both a current mailing and e-mail address should be included. Articles should NOT be under consideration by any other publication at the time of submission. Time required for review will generally depend upon the article’s topic; a general rule of thumb is 3-6 months, but more time may be required for submissions of an esoteric nature.
General style issues:
Authors should use Times New Roman, 11 point as the selected font style and size, including endnotes. Text should be left-justified, except for the article title and block quotations. Quotations longer than four lines should appear as blocked quotations, singled-spaced and indented eight spaces from the left hand margin. All foreign words and phrases must be transliterated according to the Library of Congress system—diacritical marks will not be reproduced, and should not be included.Placement of graphs, charts, maps, etc., should be clearly indicated in the text. Subheadings should be bolded and placed at the left hand margin, one double space below the previous section. The endnotes must be single-spaced, with one double space between each note, and should be aligned with the left hand margin.
Citation and documentation of sources:
All submissions must use endnotes as the documentation format—articles using other systems will not be considered. Notes should be sequentially superscripted throughout the text, and appear in the same form at the end of the document. Do not embed notes in the text, using MicroSoft Word—notes shouldappear as text at the end of the article.
